About the Role

We are hiring for Customer Support roles with a leading MNC for candidates proficient in foreign languages. This role involves handling customer queries and providing support in the candidate's specialized language.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with prior experience in multilingual customer support and strong communication skills.

Candidates will interact with international customers across voice, chat, and email channels while ensuring excellent service quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support in the assigned foreign language (German / Arabic / Spanish / Mandarin / French)
  • Handle customer queries via voice, chat, or email
  • Ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer concerns
  • Maintain high-quality communication and service standards
  • Record and update customer interactions in the system
  • Follow company processes and compliance guidelines
  • Coordinate with internal support teams for issue resolution
  • Maintain professionalism while handling international customer interactions
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality metrics are achieved

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate (any stream)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support using the preferred language
  • Mandatory Language Certification: B2 or above
  • Proficiency in any one of the following languages:
  • German
  • Arabic
  • Spanish
  • Mandarin
  • French
  • Strong communication skills in both English and the selected language
  • Experience in international customer support preferred
