Collections Profile – Banking & AR (US Process)

We are hiring for Collections roles with a leading MNC based in Gurgaon. The opportunity includes profiles in Banking Collections (Credit Card / Debt) and AR Collections (US Process - Finance & Accounts).

The role involves managing collections, ensuring timely recovery, and maintaining professional communication with customers and clients.

Candidates will work with customers, finance teams, and internal stakeholders to manage payment recovery processes while ensuring compliance and service quality standards.

• Handle collections for banking or AR (US process) profiles
• Follow up with customers/clients for pending payments
• Ensure timely recovery and resolution of outstanding dues
• Maintain accurate records of collections and transactions
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams
• Adhere to company policies and compliance standards
• Manage escalations and negotiate payment resolutions professionally
• Coordinate with finance and operations teams for account updates
• Ensure collection targets and productivity metrics are achieved

• Banking Collections Profile:
• Graduate (any stream; Commerce preferred)
• Minimum 18 months of experience in credit card / debt / banking collections
• AR Collections Profile (US Process):
• Graduate (Commerce background required)
• Minimum 6 months of experience in US Collections / Accounts Receivable / Finance & Accounts
• Common Requirements:
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Gurgaon preferred
• Strong customer handling and recovery management skills preferred
