Order Management Specialist

We are hiring for Order Management (OM) and Quality Assurance (QA) roles with a leading international outsourcing organization. These roles involve end-to-end order management, contract handling, and service delivery quality operations.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in global clients, agreement setup, O2C processes, and compliance-driven quality management.

Candidates will work closely with global stakeholders, operations teams, and client governance teams to ensure seamless order processing and quality standards.

• Handle end-to-end Order Management including agreement setup and contract management
• Manage Deal Management and Sales Order creation from Purchase Orders
• Work with international outsourcing companies and global clients
• Handle end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations for B2B business
• Convert PO to Sales Order and manage sales order lifecycle
• Draft, create, and validate contracts (QA profile)
• Ensure Service Delivery Quality across assigned areas
• Perform activities as per Service Quality Plan
• Identify and track key process metrics; report Table F performance monthly
• Perform root cause analysis of process failures and implement corrective/preventive actions
• Conduct Transaction Monitoring, validate Sampling Plan quarterly
• Perform auditing, gap assessment, coaching and feedback
• Handle Client Governance and data analysis

• Order Management Profile:
• Experience working with international outsourcing companies and global clients
• Hands-on experience in agreement setup, contract management, and Deal Management
• End-to-end Order Management experience mandatory
• Strong communication skills mandatory
• Candidates from logistics or warehouse backgrounds will not be considered
• Quality Assurance Profile:
• Experience in contract drafting, creating, and validating
• Strong process management skills: auditing, gap assessment, root cause analysis
• Ability to handle Client Governance
• Good presentation and data analysis skills
