Compliance & Controls Specialist (CNC)

We are hiring for Compliance and Controls (CNC) roles involving SOX, ISAE, and SSAE compliance, risk assessments, and financial audit functions within a GBS delivery environment.

This opportunity is ideal for Chartered Accountants with strong F&A audit backgrounds, looking to work on global compliance and controls engagements.

Candidates will work with internal and external stakeholders on risk trackers, control testing, remediation efforts, and process documentation.

• Perform Risk Assessments, Process Walkthroughs, and Process Documentation including Narratives and Process Flow Diagrams
• Finalize Risk and Control Matrix
• Perform Test of Control Effectiveness and Control Design
• Support remediation efforts for control failures - SOX and ISAE / SSAE compliance
• Perform Interventions and Special Assignments at Client Engagements
• Identify reasons for operations failures, critical errors, and process weaknesses
• Perform Root Cause Analysis and remediate causes
• Report to internal and external stakeholders on risk trackers and remediation status

• Chartered Accountant with 3-4 years post qualification audit experience
• Reasonable knowledge of AP, AR, and RTR processes is mandatory
• Knowledge of F&A Audit Processes - Internal, Operational, and Financial Audits
• Knowledge of key F&A compliances - ISAE 3402, SSAE 16, SOX
• Strong Analytical and Spreadsheet skills
• Excellent command over English Language
• Experience working in a GBS delivery environment
• Experience in executing Analytical Procedures using available analytical tools
• Desirable: Knowledge of SAP, Oracle Financials, ITGC Controls, Information Systems Audit
• Desirable Qualification: CISA
• Supervisory Review Experience of at least 1 year
