HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are interested in building a career in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition. This role involves sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and supporting the hiring process across multiple roles.

Both interns and full-time candidates who are passionate about recruitment and people management are encouraged to apply.

Candidates will work closely with HR and recruitment teams while gaining practical exposure to sourcing, hiring coordination, and talent management processes.

• Design and update job descriptions for open roles
• Source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals
• Post job openings on the company careers page, social media platforms, and job boards
• Screen resumes and application forms to shortlist suitable candidates
• Conduct candidate interviews via phone, video, or in-person
• Coordinate recruitment assessments such as assignments, aptitude, language, or logical reasoning tests
• Send recruiting emails and follow-ups to potential candidates
• Support mass hiring requirements when required
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates

• Graduate or Undergraduate (2nd year onwards) can apply
• Candidates interested in pursuing a career in Recruitment / HR
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel and MS Word)
• Willingness to work in a Work From Office environment
• Comfortable working on mass recruitment requirements
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills preferred
