About the Role

We are hiring International Service Desk Executives for a leading IT organization. This role involves providing technical support to international end-users and resolving infrastructure-related issues through calls, chat, and service requests.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in IT support and global service operations.

Candidates will work closely with global users, troubleshoot technical issues, manage service requests, and ensure smooth IT operations while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level IT support to international end-users via phone, chat, and service requests
  • Handle incidents and service interruptions to minimize downtime
  • Log, manage, and update tickets in the internal ticketing system
  • Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary
  • Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Maintain proper documentation of incidents and resolutions
  • Contribute to knowledge base and troubleshooting documentation
  • Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through professional service

Eligibility Criteria

  • Freshers:
  • Must have a technical background (B.Tech / B.E. or similar qualification)
  • Strong English communication skills (Read, Write & Speak)
  • Experienced Candidates:
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in Service Desk / IT Support / Technical Support
  • Candidates from any educational background may apply
